Plan and coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including venue selection, menu planning, décor, entertainment, and guest accommodations
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the highest quality services within budget
Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day, coordinating with all involved parties to ensure a smooth and seamless event
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized attention to couples throughout the planning process and on the wedding day
Stay up-to-date with current wedding trends and industry standards to offer innovative and unique ideas for each wedding
Conduct site visits and attend tastings to ensure all details meet Four Seasons' standards of excellence
Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day with professionalism and grace
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and ethical standards
Represent Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts with the utmost professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service to all clients and guests.
