Currently, we are seeking a Wedding Planner's Assistant to join our team in a part-time, contract, and temporary capacity. The person in this position will collaborate closely with the lead planner to develop detailed wedding plans encompassing timelines, vendor coordination, inventory management, and communication with clients and suppliers using specialized wedding planning software (training provided). A strong emphasis is placed on customer service excellence, as you will also be a key contact for clients and their guests during the event day, ensuring all concerns are promptly addressed and that the wedding runs smoothly from start to finish. This requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to uphold our high standards for quality and client satisfaction.
