Wedding Planner Assistant

We are seeking a polished, dependable, and detail-oriented Wedding Planner Assistant to join our growing team serving couples throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for weddings, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the lead wedding planner to help execute beautifully organized, seamless wedding celebrations.

Please note: Weekend availability is a MUST. Most weddings take place on Saturdays, and candidates must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and occasionally on Fridays or Sundays during wedding season.

What You'll Do

Assist the lead planner with wedding-day coordination and execution.
Help ensure the couple's vision and event details are executed flawlessly.
Assist with ceremony and reception setup, décor, signage, seating, personal details, and guest amenities.
Coordinate with catering teams, florists, photographers, entertainment, venues, transportation, and other event professionals.
Help manage the wedding-day timeline and ensure events remain on schedule.
Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to couples, families, wedding parties, and guests.
Anticipate needs and proactively assist with solving problems throughout the event.
Assist with vendor arrivals, deliveries, setup, transitions, and breakdown.
Maintain a calm, professional presence—even when the unexpected happens.
Help ensure the venue is left organized and all personal items and décor are properly packed at the end of the event.

Experience
Previous experience in wedding planning, event coordination, hospitality, luxury service, restaurants, hotels, or customer service is a plus.

However, we are also open to someone with the right personality, work ethic, professionalism, and desire to learn.

Schedule Requirements
Weekend availability is required.

Candidates must be available for the majority of our Saturday weddings during wedding season. Wedding days may include afternoon and evening hours, with occasional Friday and Sunday events.
