Experience: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry, such as working in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment (preferred but not required) - Knowledge of event planning and coordination processes - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Flexibility to work evenings + weekends Commuting with or separate from the lead planner to the venue to set up the event space per the clients request. We are the managers of the event and will be ensuring vendors arrive in a timely manner, troubleshooting various mishaps throughout the day, and even having a little fun by recording and capturing the event space for social media purposes. Wedding and event assignments will be discussed in advance so that you have plenty of notice. • * Ideally looking for someone looking to grow in the event industry and move up in the company (more hours, more pay)!
