We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to work alongside our Ownership Team and our venue consultant for one year to master our operations before taking on full ownership of the day-to-day running of the venue. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of hospitality, strong sales acumen, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both vendors and clients before they are even mentioned. • Production: Collaborate with the consultant to create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and meet key vendor partners. Phase 2: Full Management (Year 2 and Beyond) Qualifications • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in event management.
