Weekend Event Supervisor

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a part-time Weekend Event Supervisor for a non-profit event center in Visalia! Starting pay: $17.50/hour Most events take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, with occasional Thursday evenings. This position oversees the entire event center during scheduled parties and events. Key Duties: • Supervise all activities and staff during parties and events • Manage and support party hosts during events • Greet and assist clients, ensuring a positive experience for all guests • Address and resolve any issues or concerns during events • Open and close the event center, ensuring security and proper procedures • Oversee event schedules, ensuring everything runs on time • Coordinate with management to confirm staffing and event details • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure a successful event
