Spearhead company-hosted conferencesCollaborate with marketing strategists for trade show messaging, required items and postmortem debriefTrack attendance and spend for all customer eventsIn charge of event supplies such as tradeshow backdrops, tablecloths, tents, and coolers. This includes their design and ordering, maintenance and cleanliness plus their organization and usage trackingResponsible for giveaways and prize drawings held as part of events which includes procuring prizes, assembling prize drawing materials then notifying, and distributing prizes to the winnersPrimary point of contact for association events, training, conferences, directories, and membership renewalsAnnual review of association activities and sponsorships to assess effectiveness and ROI of company's involvement to determine ongoing and future participationLead the creation and scheduling of association ads for their directories and online member profilesAccountable for print advertising in industry trade publications.
