In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our events team, including preparing documents, processing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files. You will also assist with the planning and implementation of special events, working closely with our sales department to ensure seamless execution. • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain electronic and hard files. • Setup vendor files and track payment processing, prepare check requests and request invoices.
