The Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator will work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure that all aspects of each event are executed flawlessly. • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of event budgets, ensuring all costs are accounted for and within the allocated budget. Ensure that all vendor services are delivered on time and to specification. Ensure that all materials and supplies are in place before the event. Qualifications: • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.
