The Ayangbah Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and underserved communities through education, workforce development, leadership development, entrepreneurship, college and career readiness, mentorship, and community engagement. Through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and community-based initiatives, we equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to achieve long-term personal and professional success.

What You'll Do

Provide administrative support for the Foundation's daily operations and special projects.

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating workshops, conferences, youth programs, fundraising events, and community outreach activities.

Manage event registrations, participant communications, attendance records, and post-event evaluations.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, reports, and other organizational documents.

Maintain organized electronic files, databases, and program records.

Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, volunteer coordination, and material preparation.

Support internal communications and assist with general office and administrative tasks.

Collaborate with Foundation leadership and fellow interns to ensure successful program and event execution.

Perform additional administrative and event planning duties as assigned.

Who You Are

A current college student, graduate student, recent graduate, or motivated individual interested in nonprofit management, business administration, public administration, event management, communications, hospitality, education, or a related field.

Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with event registration platforms or project management tools is a plus.

Passionate about community service and helping organize programs that create meaningful impact.
