Advanced Associate, Events

The Advanced Associate, Events plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of conferences, summits, and customer-facing events that align with organisational and business priorities. You will be responsible for end-to-end event coordination support, helping to design, organise, and deliver both virtual and in-person events while maintaining high standards of quality, organisation, and stakeholder experience. Support and manage the planning and delivery of conferences and customer-facing events from concept through to execution. Collaborate with marketing teams to schedule, create, and launch promotional communications including invitation emails, advertisements, and web banners to maximise event awareness and registration. Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location.
