**SUMMARY**

##### **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Conduct research on significant anniversaries related to military, aircraft, and notable events.
* Compile a spreadsheet to track anniversaries and propose potential themes for upcoming years.
* Investigate assets aligned with the identified themes and anniversaries, creating a spreadsheet of potential targets to address.
* Support the Communities, Museum, Education and Chapters Administrative Assistant in organizing spreadsheets by preparing additional documents that detail the number of rooms and personnel required for each performer or military unit.
* Design a layout on Google Earth for various areas, including AirOps, Fireworks, Pyro, Camping (for performers), Weeks, Marks, Plaza, Rwy 13/31 parking, Terminal ramp parking, and the Fun Fly Zone, as well as the autograph tent.
* Create a spreadsheet listing all available hangar space at OSH.
* Develop a spreadsheet to explore additional options for remote hangar space.
* Prepare a spreadsheet outlining capital improvements, encompassing AirOps, the North Tower, and the Fun Fly Zone.
* Collaborate with the VP of Foundation’s department to coordinate online auctions, establishing a methodology to meet auction requirements.
* Develop comprehensive cost spreadsheets for the following categories:
* Performer Fuel/Oil
* Hotels - Rental Cars
* AirOps building supplies
* Collaborate with the Plaza Chairman to identify necessary capital improvements and create a spreadsheet that outlines life cycle items.
* Engage in Features & Attractions Planning meetings and assuming additional responsibilities based on the outcomes of these discussions.
* Establish protocols for the autograph tent, including its physical layout, scheduling, structure, and advertising/media strategies.
* Refresh the video content on the TV monitor in the AirOps building by coordinating with EAA media for completion.
* Prepare the Hillard Building for the upcoming AirVenture by collaborating with the Director of Facilities department to address any required preventive maintenance and repairs.
* Work with the Weeks/Marks hangar group to facilitate communication and collaboration between AirOps and the hangar team.
* Coordinate with satellite airports to ensure all stakeholders are informed and that EAA standards are upheld.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
* Prefer a student majoring in (an aviation based program? )
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
* Results-oriented team player with the ability to collaborate with team members
* Outstanding interpersonal skills; must have credibility, good judgment, honesty and integrity
* Demonstrated ability to understand, learn and use changing technologies
* Effective skills in time management
* Initiative to solve problems with energy and a positive attitude
* Demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
Typical office setting. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Preparation for AirVenture or other events may require lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, standing and walking for extended periods of time while bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and push and pull motions.
