Assistant Event Operations Manager

Manage all aspects of facility operations: front and back-of-house, preventive maintenance, third-party contracting, staffing, venue setup/tear-down at all Stockton Complex Venues.Hire, train and supervise Full time, part-time and temporary staff.Assists the Operations Manager and director in directing, supervising and scheduling all aspects of operations, including buildings; technical services; event services, including ADA compliance; public safety; security; and custodial services.Coordinates the operations activities with other building departments and show-related contractors.Implement facility rules, regulation policies and procedures.Anticipate problems and appropriate solutions.
