A Brief Overview The Venue & Special Events Assistant is responsible for supporting their venue with general administrative duties. • Supports events as assigned and work as the direct contact for the special events as needed. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications • High School Diploma or its equivalency • 0-2 years Of office administration work experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
