What You’ll Do: • Execute detailed event setup, including tablescapes, décor installations, and signage placement with a high level of accuracy • Support ceremony and reception flow, ensuring timelines are maintained and transitions are seamless • Work closely with the lead planner to problem-solve and adapt as the day evolves • Assist with vendor coordination and on-site logistics • Manage breakdown and pack-out at the end of the event What We’re Looking For: • Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and organization • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without constant direction • Calm, confident, and able to pivot quickly when plans shift • Comfortable making decisions in the moment while representing the Coastline Weddings brand • Professional, positive, and team-oriented • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods • Prior event, hospitality, or service experience is preferred but not required This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, values excellence in execution, and wants to be part of a team that delivers a refined and memorable wedding experience.
