Responsibilities: • Lead planning for assigned luxury weddings (often multi-day and multicultural) • Collaborate directly with the CEO on design, vendor strategy, and client experience • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and white-glove service • Manage timelines, logistics, floor plans, and planning milestones through project tools (Asana, Google Drive) • Coordinate with vendors and creative partners to align execution with vision • Conduct walkthroughs, tastings, and vendor meetings as needed • Oversee on-site execution and direct team members and coordinators during event weekends • Participate in internal reviews and 1:1s to grow your planning, design, and communication skills • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and step in where needed Bonus if you have: • Event design experience or a strong creative eye • Background in hospitality, production, or luxury service • Multilingual or culturally fluent (Gujarati, Hindi, Spanish) • Experience planning destination weddings or high-budget events
