Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Operations and Auxiliary Services, the CCESC will manage internal and external event coordination, oversee the Institute’s event calendar, and ensure optimal space utilization. • Collaborate with the Assistant Vice President of Operations and Auxiliary Services and campus safety personnel to conduct event risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and staff events when necessary. • Proven success in event planning or coordination, with a portfolio of successfully executed events. • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. • Attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and execution, from logistics to decor.
