The visit experience for prospective students is an integral part of Enrollment Management at Chatham University. In this role, the candidate will create and manage admission events (on campus and virtual), oversee prospective student campus visits, manage and train student ambassadors, and work to enhance the admissions (and other campus) building environments for maximum student impact. • Responsible for providing high quality information and service; planning all student visit schedules, coordinating appropriate admission and campus staff and faculty for the visit. • Makes suggestions for enhancements to the admission office environment and other campus areas (where applicable and able) that impact the campus visit experience. • In collaboration with Directors, manage student ambassador budget, timesheets, and schedules to ensure appropriate levels of visit and event coverage.
