Catering and Events Coordinator

This full-time, on-site position is responsible for assisting event bookings, coordinating with clients, supporting billing processes, and assisting with member event programming. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate catering and event bookings in event management software Manage and update event software systems, ensuring all data is current and accurate Coordinate directly with Director of Catering regarding event bookings, details, timelines, and requirements Serve as liaison between clients and accounting to ensure accurate billing and invoicing Assist with preparing and tracking invoices in coordination with the accounting department Support the events team with member event programming and logistics Maintain organized digital and physical records of bookings and event documentation Provide administrative and operational support to the catering and events team as needed Administrative duties as assigned Previous administrative or event coordination experience preferred (catering, hospitality, or events experience a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office (or similar platforms) Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Some schedule flexibility may be required based on event needs We are committed to supporting your growth in a vibrant environment where your skills make a real difference.
