The Catering & Conference Services Manager supports the entire food and beverage operation of the complex, ensuring that all aspects of event planning and execution are handled with precision and care. Your responsibilities will also include creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), distributing them to relevant departments, attending required meetings, recommending appropriate vendors, and ensuring that all meeting arrangements are executed to the meeting planner's specifications. You will be available to the meeting planner during the conference to troubleshoot any questions that arise and will arrange for post-conference meetings when requested. , • Conduct pre-planning meetings with necessary departments as requested by clients. , • A minimum of 3-5 years previous experience as a Conference/Convention Services Manager in a high-volume upscale hotel required.
