Event Production Manager work directly with the Sales Team assigned to them but reports to Director of Sales. Daily management of event details, setting up and attending tastings and site visits, ensuring payments are received and posted, securing outside vendors and rentals, attending and overseeing events when necessary, and keeping all involved staff, management, and the kitchen informed and up to date throughout the process. o Attend and supervise events as needed, serve as liaisons between client, vendors, onsite team o Place all rental orders for specialty items and coordinate with outside vendors, research included · Working with Staffing Coordinator to ensure the right team is assigned to the events you are producing and that all staff needs have been confirmed
