Identify opportunities to surprise and delight clients through thoughtful interactions, meaningful recognition, and exceptional service Learn client preferences, personalities, and important life milestones in order to create personalized experiences and a welcoming environment Lead by example and teach service standards to fellow teammates Marketing & Growth Initiatives Generate and present marketing ideas to business partners, then lead execution from concept through completion Create and track results of marketing materials including newsletters, presentations, advertisements, invitations, and client communications Events & Relationship Building Maintain and enhance the firm's website and digital presence Create and coordinate content for social media, email campaigns, and online communications Stay informed about emerging technology and AI tools that could improve client service, efficiency, or marketing effectiveness
