Client Experience, Marketing & Events Coordinator

Landis Financial Advisors is seeking a sharp, resourceful professional to coordinate client experience, marketing projects, client events, and front-office operations for our Wealth Management Division.
This is a fast-moving, highly involved position for someone who learns quickly, communicates confidently, and enjoys taking ownership of varied responsibilities. One moment may involve assisting a client, explaining our services, or coordinating office activity; the next may involve planning and executing an event, developing marketing materials, working with a business partner, or moving a project through LPL Financial’s approval process.
This is not an entry-level position. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible office, operations, client-service, or management experience is required. We are especially interested in individuals who have successfully managed people, projects, customers, vendors, or day-to-day operations in retail, hospitality, professional services, or another demanding environment. The ideal candidate will bring sound judgment, confidence, accountability, and the ability to take ownership without requiring close supervision.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming first point of contact for clients, prospective clients, business partners, and visitors.Answer incoming calls, gather information, assist callers, coordinate appointments, and connect clients with the appropriate advisor or team member.Manage appointment check-in and office activity while keeping advisors and coworkers informed.Learn the firm’s services and ask approved questions that help identify opportunities to better serve clients and their families.Maintain accurate client information, notes, activities, and marketing opportunities in Redtail CRM.Create, edit, proofread, and coordinate presentations, invitations, client communications, educational materials, and marketing projects.Prepare and submit materials and event documentation through LPL Financial’s review process, track approvals, and coordinate required revisions.Coordinate approximately 8–12 events annually—primarily client events, along with Retirement Readiness educational events for employers and their employees.Research venues, coordinate vendors, manage invitations and registrations, purchase gifts and supplies, and oversee event setup, execution, and follow-up.Develop strong relationships with insurance and wealth-management wholesalers and other business partners who provide financial support for firm events.Prepare sponsorship requests, track commitments and expenses, submit supporting documentation, and manage reimbursements through completion.Assist advisors and management with administrative assignments, client-service needs, and special projects.The Right Candidate

This is a full-time, on-site position in Lancaster, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Approximately five scheduled events each year require early-morning or evening availability. Candidates must be comfortable working around our two friendly office dogs. The position also requires regularly navigating a flight of stairs and lifting and stacking incoming supplies, including boxes of copier paper.
