Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their event needs • Clearly present and explain our services, packages, and pricing • Build strong rapport with clients and answer questions with professionalism • Follow up consistently and maintain organized communication records • Work collaboratively with our booking and planning team • Maintain a positive and customer-first attitude throughout the sales process • Serve as an on-site Event Specialist for Photo Booth & enhancement bookings on weekends • Set up, operate, and break down Photo Booth & other enhancement equipment at various event venues • Engage with guests to ensure a fun and seamless experience • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and professionally during events • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Ability to listen, build trust, and close sales with confidence • Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy (CRM, email, calendar tools) • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Passion for weddings, events, or the entertainment industry is a plus • Availability for flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends Why Work With Us?
