Communications and Events Coordinator

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role supports YLNI's marketing, communications, and event coordination efforts across all programs and initiatives — including our signature offerings such as the YLNI Farmers Market, Leadership Development, Community Impact, and Social programs. Working collaboratively with the Executive Director, Communications Committee, other volunteers, and partners, the Coordinator ensures YLNI's voice, events, and public presence are professional, consistent, and community-focused. Design digital and print marketing assets using Canva or similar tools in line with YLNI's brand standards. Help plan, promote, and execute YLNI programs and events, including the Farmers Market, Leadership Development, Social programming, Community Impact, and other community or networking initiatives. Experience or strong interest in social media management, newsletters, and digital tools.
