In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end execution of our global events strategy - from cozy member dinners and fireside chats to flagship gatherings and digital onboarding rituals. You'll help bring our community to life in both the physical and digital realms, while laying the foundation for a world-class community events team that drives growth through intentional connection. This role reports to the Community Activation Lead on the Marketing team and is remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in New York City. • Experienced in scaling community or brand events across multiple cities (ideally 5+ years in community building, experiential marketing, or event production). We encourage team members to travel and adventure, including working from Kindred HQ in San Francisco!
