• Respond to inquiries relating to hardware and/or software for resolving problems in support of district sites and users. • Support Staff with extensive knowledge of instructional tools, computers, peripherals and operating systems including, but not limited to the following: • Current Operating Systems: Windows, iOS, Chrome OS, Android OS, etc. • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with persons with diverse technical knowledge and skills.
