Primary Responsibilities • Serve as project lead for assigned events, managing logistics including AV, registration, catering, equipment/furnishings, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. • Facilitate and lead stakeholder meetings to define event objectives, budgets, timelines, and procedures. • Utilize and maintain event planning systems such as Mazevo or equivalent scheduling platforms. • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
