You will develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met. You Have: 5+ years of experience with engagement planning, staff coordination, logistics, or communication Experience working with multiple stakeholders to coordinate events and meetings Experience interacting with or briefing senior executive stakeholders Ability to manage high-priority tasks, meet deadlines, deliver under pressure, and pay strict attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Top Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience with Congress and Tier 0 stakeholders Experience with the Navy or Combatant Commands Experience with Indo-Pacific topics Experience supporting various stakeholder engagements on projects, consulting, or implementing process improvement, change management, or strategic communications strategies Experience applying fact-finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods and techniques Ability to create talking points, information papers, and PowerPoint presentations, including corresponding to share facts and recommendations Possession of excellent organizational skills Master's degree in Government and Politics, Political Science, or Liberal Studies Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
