Conference and Events Planner

The MCOM Office of Research supports faculty and students with their research endeavors by providing research administrative support. This office reports to the Vice Dean of Research and is part of the MCOM Dean's Office The USF Health Heart Institute operates under the auspices of the College of Medicine and its members collaborate widely with faculty from other USF colleges including Engineering, Arts and Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, and the Moffitt Comprehensive Cancer Center. This position will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating conferences and special events as they relate to the research mission of the MCOM Office of Research and USF Health Heart Institute. Provide on-site support for all Heart Institute seminar series and special events. This work may require travel to conference and event sites, and working evenings and weekends during conferences and events
