We are seeking an organized, client-focused Conference Planner & Sales Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events, while providing light sales coordination support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in event logistics, client communication, and on-site execution. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute conferences and events from inquiry through post-event follow-up • Serve as the primary client contact for event logistics, timelines, and requirements • Coordinate room setups, audiovisual needs, catering, décor, and vendors • Manage event budgets, service orders, and timelines • Oversee on-site event execution and resolve issues in real time • Support sales with proposals, contracts, CRM updates, and internal handoffs Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred • 2+ years of experience in conference planning, event coordination, or hospitality • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event or CRM systems • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer • Competitive compensation and benefits • Opportunity to manage high-impact conferences and events • Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities
