General Description / Primary Purpose The Coordinator of Events Planning represents the Parking Services to coordinate event services by campus and external clients. Coordinate the implementation and administration of departmental processes and/or programs. Communications • When needed, may write and publish department communications through campus platforms • Ensures quality work with creating and reviewing printed, signage, video and electronic marketing materials for department • Collaborates in creating printed and electronic materials for orientations, represents department in person when requested • Coordinates with Event Manager in sales and related to shuttle and shelter advertising • Assist with implementation of a marketing/communications plan to ensure departmental goals are met • Other duties as assigned.
