Responsibilities include: • Coordinating event details including timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts • Managing event materials, supplies, and equipment • Providing on-site support to ensure smooth event operations • Maintaining communication with internal teams and stakeholders This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively as needed. In order to be successful in this position, candidates should have: • A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (preferred) • Previous experience in event coordination, administration, or support roles • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
