Corporate Event Manager

This position will be expected to work in JC, NYC and travel onsite within the U.S. as necessary for event management. The components of the Marketing & Communications team include Strategy & Planning, Corporate Communications, and Business Line Marketing, Communications & Events. We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team as a contractor for a period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events on time and within budget. Lead event planning and coordination support for a selection of CIB-wide events working closely with the event owners, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful executionAssist in the development and management of event budgets, timelines, and logisticsCoordinate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective promotion of the eventsManage relationships with external vendors, such as caterers, audio-visual providers, and decorators, to ensure high-quality delivery of servicesDevelop and maintain event websites, registration platforms, and other digital channels as requiredCoordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers, attendees, and staff as neededProvide on-site event management support, including registration, catering, and audio-visual coordinationConduct post-event evaluations and KPI's and provide recommendations for future improvements
