Corporate Meeting Planner

Dyventive, Inc, an event technology and audiovisual provider in the Greater Philadelphia Area, is looking for a Corporate Meeting Planner to join our team to help with the planning and logistics needs of our in-person and hybrid events. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: • Negotiate with all vendors to control costs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction • Arrange all necessary travel logistics for events • Participate in internal meetings to provide input and support event-related action items • Partner with the Production Department to ensure technical accuracy of all sub-rented solutions • Create, process, and close purchase orders in a timely manner • Communicate with Sales Support team members regarding any issues that arise during events • Support the Production Team during pre-event planning and throughout event execution • Match vendor invoices to purchase orders for accuracy; resolve discrepancies directly with vendors and submit to Accounts Payable • Provide on-call support for onsite contacts, including evenings and weekends as needed • Optional travel to 1–2 events per year to manage on-site logistics for larger-scale events Job Requirements • Proven track record of delivering exceptional internal and external customer service • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to make sound decisions in accordance with company guidelines and protocols • Hospitality or live-event experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
