Position Summary The Counter Attendant is responsible for providing efficient, friendly service during cafeteria operations at Ember Kitchen. This role focuses on serving menu items accurately, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring smooth guest flow during high-volume lunch service. Key Responsibilities • Greet guests and serve food items accurately and efficiently • Maintain strong knowledge of daily menu offerings • Portion and plate food according to standards • Operate POS system and process transactions accurately • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service line and counters • Restock utensils, condiments, and grabandgo items • Communicate with kitchen team regarding product levels • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards What We’re Looking For • Previous food service experience preferred • Ability to work quickly and accurately during peak lunch hours • Friendly, professional demeanor • Strong communication skills • Teamoriented mindset • Reliable and punctual
