Day of Coordination - Weddings

This role is ideal for someone organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and passionate about client experience on the wedding day. What You’ll Do • Attend 2 paid Zoom planning calls with the couple • Review final timelines, layouts, vendor list, and logistics provided by our planning team • Serve as the primary point of contact for the couple beginning 30–45 days before the wedding • Coordinate the rehearsal (if included in the couple’s package) • Manage the wedding day start to finish — including setup, timelines, vendor check-ins, cues, and breakdown direction • Ensure bridal party and family are organized for ceremony and reception moments • Resolve unexpected hiccups with professionalism and calm You’re a Great Fit If… • You have day-of or event coordination experience • You communicate clearly and professionally • You can maintain composure in stressful or emotional moments • You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-driven • You genuinely enjoy helping couples have a smooth and memorable wedding day • Once a couple books, you will receive key details and have the option to accept or decline. Pay: $31.17 - $37.53 per hour
