This position requires a service-oriented team player, who can effectively manage an array of tasks for multiple events of varying magnitude.THE DAY TO DAY...* Provide exceptional customer service for onsite day-of management of events alongside the Operations Team and Kitchen Team* Oversee setup of ceremony and reception spaces according to the couple's vision* Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and family members* Ensure vendors contracted through AriensCo Hospitality arrive on time and fulfill contractual obligations* Manage the day of events as outlined in the Banquet Event Order (i.e. the wedding timeline) and keep all activities on schedule* Direct transitions between major events (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, etc.
