We're hiring an experienced Lead Wedding Coordinator to represent Lush Event Co. on a wedding day in Pittsburgh, PA.
Experience is preferred but not required. My biggest priority is finding a personality match with an eye for problem solving and anticipating needs. The rest can be taught! I highly recommend scrolling our website and social media to get an idea of the vibes we prefer to give to our couples. The main reason people book us is because we feel like people and friends to them, and the experience is more relaxed that way. We are wedding professionals with personalities!
What you'll do:
Lead wedding day execution from start to finish (up to 12-hour event days plus the rehearsal)
Manage timelines, vendors, and the wedding party with confidence
Keep the day running smoothly while staying calm under pressure
Solve problems before the couple even knows they exist
Anticipate needs, pivot quickly, and make judgment calls when necessary
Deliver the warm, upbeat, planning with a best friend client experience that Lush Event Co. is known for
