This is NOT an entry-level position — hospitality experience is required. Act as the main on-site liaison during wedding days, coordinating with vendors, team members, and clients to ensure smooth operations Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces, including décor, catering, and equipment Manage event timelines and ensure all elements stay on schedule Monitor event flow and proactively troubleshoot any challenges in real time Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues quickly to maintain a high-end guest experience Lead and direct event staff to ensure all details meet company standards Confirm vendor deliveries and services align with client expectations Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with venue and beach regulations Maintain a calm, confident, and polished presence throughout the event MUST have prior hospitality or event experience (country club, banquets, catering, restaurant, hotel, or similar) Strong guest service background with an understanding of high-level hospitality standards Ability to keep a mental “running list” and stay multiple steps ahead at all times Excellent organizational and multitasking skills under pressure Strong communication skills to effectively manage clients, vendors, and team members Naturally proactive, solution-oriented mindset Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor Weekend availability (events are primarily Friday–Sunday) Ability to work outdoors in beach environments and varying weather conditions Compensation: Pay is based on level of experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
