Development Systems and Events Coordinator

The Development Systems & Events Coordinator works closely with the Director of Development to provide administrative and systems support for all fundraising campaigns while also acting as the primary database administrator for donor records, gift processing, reporting, and business office reconciliation. Additionally, the Coordinator is the point person for planning and coordinating key events organized by the Development office. Systems Management, Gift Processing & Reporting • Oversees and manages gift processing, including timely and accurate database entry, acknowledgement, and reporting to the business office • Serves as the primary liaison between Development and the business office for account reconciliation and audit reporting • Maintains accurate, up-to-date donor records • Utilizes Raiser’s Edge reporting tools to measure and track fundraising progress and performance • Creates and runs database queries, lists, and exports to support solicitations and mailings • Manages and generates pledge reminders • Oversees GiveCampus vendor relationship and system management • Manages ancillary development systems such as Panorama and SeatRobot to support events Event and Volunteer Support • Owns the planning and coordination of key events organized by the Development office throughout the year, including managing vendors and site logistics, organizing volunteers, and managing invitations/RSVPs • Works closely with Parents Association volunteers to assist with special community events, including the Fall Bash, All-Family Picnic, and Grandparents & Special Friends Day, as well as the annual fundraising Celebration/Auction in the spring • Provides ongoing support as needed for parent volunteers working on fundraising efforts and other School programs on campus • Attends Development and other School events and is a visible and engaged community member 1-3 years non-profit fundraising experience
