Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Event Services to lead and elevate our internal and external events strategy. This role is responsible for planning and executing high-impact events including large-scale corporate meetings, professional trade conferences, tradeshows, and internal gatherings. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, event execution expertise, and a proven ability to manage complex logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

8+ years of progressive experience in event planning, with a strong focus on large-scale corporate events, trade conferences, and tradeshows. Excellent leadership and team development skills; experience managing a high-performing events team. Demonstrated experience in vendor sourcing and contract negotiations. Strong budget management skills with a track record of managing multi-million-dollar event budgets. Strategic thinker with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in event technology platforms and tools (registration systems, project management software, CRM tools, etc.). Preferred Experience: .

Prior experience planning events for Fortune 500 companies or complex organizational structures. Marketing background or experience aligning event strategies with broader brand or campaign goals.
