About the Role
Are you outgoing, dependable, and love being part of high-energy events? We’re looking for Event Assistants to join the social side of our entertainment team! In this role, you’ll work alongside our DJs at weddings, parties, and special events—helping create unforgettable experiences while having fun doing it.
You’ll be fully trained on our add-on services and event systems, with the goal of becoming a key support player for our DJs and clients.
What You’ll Do
Support DJs and event staff before, during, and after events
Assist with setup, breakdown, and organization of equipment (lighting, audio equipment, photo booth, etc.)
Manage and operate add-on services (training provided)
Interact professionally with clients and guests
Help keep events running smoothly and on schedule
Represent our brand with energy, positivity, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, reliable, and confident personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, social environments
Willingness to learn new systems and services
Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs
Availability on evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation
No Experience? No Problem!
