Entry Level Event Assistant

As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting with the planning and execution of marketing events. You will work closely with the marketing team to coordinate event logistics, engage with event attendees, and help create a memorable experience for our clients and customers. Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and transportation • Engage with event attendees and promote our clients' products or services • Help create marketing materials, such as flyers and banners, for events • Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Previous experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
