Entry Level Event Assistant

We’re currently seeking an energetic, outgoing, and team-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to join our high-performing crew. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event booths, displays, and promotional materials • Represent client brands with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism at in-person events • Distribute marketing materials including flyers, product samples, and branded giveaways • Engage event attendees to promote products, services, or marketing campaigns • Gather feedback and customer insights during events to help optimize performance • Maintain a high-energy, engaging presence from start to finish at each event
