In this role, you will work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, assist with on-site operations, and ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities * Assist in the coordination and execution of events from initial planning through completion * Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations * Organize and manage event materials, equipment, and supplies * Coordinate guest check-in, registration, and attendee assistance * Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event flow * Track event timelines, schedules, and task completion * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude * Ability to work in fast-paced, hands-on environments
