We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in event planning and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating event logistics, schedules, and timelines.Support event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.Help organize event materials, supplies, and equipment.Communicate with attendees, vendors, and team members regarding event details.Maintain event records, schedules, and documentation.Support administrative tasks related to event planning and coordination.Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
