Position Summary

Responsibilities

* Support event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown.
* Help ensure venues and promotional areas are organized and ready for attendees.
* Welcome attendees and provide general information when needed.
* Monitor event supplies and help address routine logistical needs.
* Track assigned tasks and communicate progress to the event team.
* Gather feedback after activities and suggest improvements for future events.
* Follow company procedures and safety guidelines throughout event operations.
