Job Title: Entry Level Event Specialist Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized Entry Level Event Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion • Support the logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and event setup/breakdown • Help manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure event promotions and communications are aligned • Coordinate with suppliers, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events • Assist in developing event budgets and tracking expenses • Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event registrations • Monitor and report on event performance, collecting feedback for future improvements • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and handling any issues that arise • Maintain accurate records of event details and outcomes Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet • Basic understanding of event planning principles and best practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is a plus but not required
