Job Description Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic events team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and coordination and are looking to launch their career in the event management industry. The Entry Level Event Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various events, ranging from corporate conferences and product launches to social gatherings and large-scale public functions.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish under the guidance of senior event specialists.Collaborate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.Support the management of event logistics, including scheduling, registration, and attendee communication.Coordinate event set-up and tear-down to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning event management software.
